With a remarkable career spanning over two decades in municipal government, Kelly Steiss has dedicated her life to serving the community of Kitchener. Throughout her tenure, she has led numerous teams to engage and connect with residents, embodying the true essence of public service.

Kelly is also profoundly committed to volunteering, consistently empowering individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential. Her expertise has earned her positions on various Boards of Directors, like Focus for Ethnic Women and Independent Living Waterloo Region. She previously held the role of President at the Waterloo Rotary Club and was selected as a member of the Mayor’s Task Force on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
